🐼🌊 Before You’re Cleared to Get Nauti…
A little preparation keeps the adventure big and the drama small!
🚤 Boating Safety Ready: All operators must meet applicable Florida boating safety education requirements and bring any required certification/credentials and valid photo ID.
👣 Protect Those Paws: Closed-toe water shoes are required. Don’t have a pair? We’ll have water shoes available to rent or purchase.
🏊 Swim Ready: Participants must be able to swim and be comfortable in and around the water.
🚫 Nauti, Not Naughty: Arrive sober and ready to ride. Alcohol, marijuana, illegal drugs, or other impairing substances and jet skis don’t mix. Participation may be denied if impairment is suspected.
🦺 Safety Before Splashing: All riders must complete Nauti Panda’s pre-ride safety briefing and orientation and follow guide instructions throughout the tour.
🌦️ Mother Nature Gets a Vote: Routes, departure times, and tours may be modified, delayed, rescheduled, or canceled due to weather, water, or other unsafe operating conditions.

🐼🌊 A Few Rules Before You Get Nauti
Mother Nature sometimes likes to make her own plans! Tours may be rescheduled, delayed, rerouted, or adjusted due to weather, water conditions, or other safety concerns. Your safety—and having a great experience—always comes first.
🚫 Ride Nauti, Ride Sober: Participants may not be under the influence of alcohol, marijuana, illegal drugs, or any substance that may impair their ability to safely participate. If a guide reasonably suspects impairment, Nauti Panda reserves the right to deny participation or end the tour without a refund.
🏊 Be Water Ready: All participants must be able to swim and be comfortable in and around the water.

🐼🦺 Health & Safety: Stay Safe, Stay Nauti
We want your Nauti Panda adventure to be memorable for all the right reasons! Jet skiing is an active watersport and may involve speed, sudden movement, bouncing, waves, heat, sun exposure, and getting very wet.
🏊 Be Water Ready: All participants must be able to swim and feel comfortable in and around the water.
❤️ Know Your Limits: Guests with recent surgery or injury, significant back or neck problems, heart conditions, seizure disorders, pregnancy, or any medical condition that could make riding unsafe should consult their healthcare provider before participating and let our crew know before departure.
🚫 Nauti, Not Naughty: Participants must arrive sober and unimpaired. Alcohol, marijuana, illegal drugs, or medications/substances that impair safe operation do not mix with personal watercraft. Participation may be denied if impairment is suspected.
👣 Protect Those Paws: Closed-toe water shoes are required for all participants and are available to rent or purchase if needed.
🦺 Gear Up: Required safety equipment and properly fitted personal flotation devices (PFDs) must be worn as instructed throughout the experience.
☀️ Florida Sun Is No Joke: Bring sunscreen, sunglasses with a secure strap, and stay hydrated before and after your ride.
🚤 Listen to Your Panda Guide: All riders must complete the required safety briefing, follow guide instructions, and operate responsibly at all times. Unsafe or reckless riding may result in the activity being stopped.
🌦️ Weather and water conditions are continuously evaluated, and tours may be modified, delayed, rescheduled, or canceled whenever conditions are considered unsafe.
