🐼💦 Not quite! The Nauti/Fun Zone is included only with our 1-hour-plus tours. Shorter adventures have a tighter schedule, and we want to make sure you get the full guided experience without having to rush the fun. Want a little extra time to splash, play, and Unleash Your Inner Nauti Panda? Choose a 1-hour-plus tour and we’ll make room for some Nauti Zone time! 🚤🌊

Q: What is the Nauti Zone? 🐼💦 This is where your Inner Panda gets a little more freedom! After the guided portion of qualifying tours, your guide may take the group to our designated Nauti Zone, where riders can enjoy some supervised free-riding time within the approved area. 🚤 Freedom still comes with rules. Your guide may shorten or cancel Nauti Zone time at any point if reckless or unsafe riding, failure to follow instructions, horseplay, or other unsafe behavior is observed. ⚠️ Riders who intentionally disregard safety rules or guide instructions may also be charged a $100 Safety & Rule Violation Fee to the credit card on file, as outlined in the rental terms. So have fun, make some waves, and show us your Nauti side—**just don’t make the Panda come over there. 🐼👀🌊**

🐼🚤 Not on our watch! Our waterways can change quickly, with shifting sandbars, shallow areas, and oyster beds hiding just below the surface. For that reason, all Nauti Panda jet-ski adventures are guided for your safety. Our guides are experienced local riders who know these waterways, the safer routes, and the spots that can get a little too Nauti if you don’t know where you’re going. So follow the Panda, enjoy the ride, and let us handle the navigation while you focus on the fun. 🐼🌊

🌦️🐼 Absolutely—Mother Nature may cancel the Nauti, but she won’t take your money! If your Nauti Panda guide determines that weather or water conditions are unsafe and we cancel your tour, you’ll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no charge. Unsafe conditions may include high winds, rough or turbulent water, lightning, thunderstorms, poor visibility, or other conditions that could affect rider safety. 📱 Whenever possible, our crew will contact you at least one hour before your scheduled departure if a cancellation is necessary. Because Florida weather can change faster than a Panda can make a splash, conditions will continue to be monitored right up until departure. If it’s not safe to get Nauti today, we’ll make sure you can get Nauti another day! 🐼⚡🌊
-
🐼🚤 Sometimes the Nauti just can’t wait! Same-day tours may be available depending on guide availability, weather, and the day’s existing schedule. If we can make it happen, you’ll receive a confirmation email letting you know your tour is officially booked. So go ahead and ask—your spontaneous Nauti Panda adventure might be just a few splashes away! 🐼🌊
-
🐼🚤 Good news—the price is per jet ski, not per person! Each ski may carry one driver and one passenger. Passengers must be at least 6 years old, and for safety, their feet must be able to securely reach the jet ski’s footwells while seated—regardless of age. So grab your favorite co-pilot, find your footing, and get ready to ride Nauti together! 🐼🌊💦

Absolutely! Properly fitted life vests are provided with every kayak rental, so you can focus on paddling, exploring, and getting a little Nauti. We bring the safety gear—you bring the adventure! 🐼🛶🌊
-
🐼🏊 Yes—swimming is a must before you get Nauti! All participants must be able to swim and feel comfortable in and around the water. This is a strict safety requirement for all Nauti Panda watersports activities. Paddle smart, stay water-ready, and keep the Nauti fun afloat! 🐼🌊
-
🐼🛶 Nope—two paddlers means two paddlers! For safety, tandem kayaks are limited to 2 people only, and all riders must use a designated seat. Got a third adventurer joining the crew? No problem—we have single kayaks available so everyone can paddle their own Nauti adventure. Two in the tandem. Third Panda gets their own ride! 🐼🌊
